If you are unable to resolve your problem using the resources listed above, you can always contact the E-Resources Troubleshooting team.

You can either email us directly (e-resprob@mailman.yale.edu) or submit a question via our online form (http://ask-e.library.yale.edu/index.php). 

We are available Mondays through Fridays, from  9 AM to 4 PM.  You can expect a response within 24 hours.

Queries sent on the weekends or university recesses will be answered on Mondays or the next available business day.
