Along with the images.MD collection, you can find 3.3 million additional scientific, technical, and medical images.  Images often provide direct links to the pdfs of articles from which they were originally published.

Quickly search over 50,000 high-quality medical images from the medical books on MD Consult. Images include photos, tables, graphs, and more.

WebPath version 9.0 has over 4,700 images, over 3,500 examination questions, 42 case-based laboratory exercises, and 44 subject-specific tutorials. There is a radiologic section with nearly 1,200 correlative radiographs included. There is a cross-sectional anatomy tutorial utilizing Visible Human Project images. There is a histology review section with tutorials and over 200 images.
