Research guides are online resource lists that collect databases, ebooks, and other information resources in one place. University libraries have so many digital items — Yale has over a thousand databases containing hundreds of millions of articles, books, videos, and other media, in addition to 14+ million catalog items — that these pages are often necessary to help researchers (like you!) learn how to locate what you need in our systems. And — unlike ChatGPT or Bard's suggestions — all of the resources we recommend really exist!
