Don't hesitate to contact your Personal Librarian if you need anything or have any questions. If you don't have your Personal Librarian's contact information, please get in touch with Kenya Flash or Holly Salter.
Your Yale ID card also serves as your library card. Your information should be in our system when you've arrived on campus--but if you experience any problems, you can contact the Privileges Office.

If Yale doesn't have what you need, you can use Borrow Direct and Interlibrary Loan to request materials from other libraries.
To access the library's electronic resources (e-books, journals, databases, and more) from off campus, you'll either need to install the free VPN software or use the EZProxy service described here. If you need assistance setting up the VPN software, Yale ITS can help; if you have trouble connecting to library resources through the VPN, don't hesitate to contact your Personal Librarian.
