Featured Wellness Tip

A photo of Heidi the therapy dog sitting on a chair in Bass Library.Spend time with a pet

Research shows that exposure to therapy dogs decreases stress and promotes resiliency (Orellana, 2019). If you have a pet, you may be very familiar with this effect! If you do not have a pet, try going for a walk outside to mimic this effect (and you may run into a dog or two along the way).

Look for therapy dog events around Yale Library during Reading Week!
