On-Campus

- Public Art at Yale showcases bronze scholars and abstract geometries.
- Explore the tangible iconography and historical impact Women at Yale have made over the last three centuries, and counting!

Off-Campus & Public Parks
Venture beyond Yale’s hallowed halls and immerse yourself in the city of New Haven.
- Walk New Haven has four cultural heritage tours introducing you to the neighborhoods and histories of Downtown, Wooster Square, Lower Dixwell, and Downtown North.
- The New Haven Preservation Trust provides maps and descriptions of the nearly 20 historic districts in New Haven.
- A People’s History of Dixwell was created by students in the African American and Latinx History class at Metropolitan, a local New Haven high school. Follow the guided audio tour, or simply visit sites on the map.
- The City of New Haven maintains 9 parks and centers, including East Rock Park, Edgerton Park, Edgewood Park, Beaver Pond Meadows, and the West Rock Nature Center.
- Much like East Rock Park, you can find more geological features and winding paths at West Rock Ridge State Park.
