The Yale University Library (YUL) provides many valuable opportunities to students interested in working with primary source materials as a way to investigate material culture, and gain experience with research techniques, exhibit curation, and object preservation. This guide provides introductory information to interested graduate and undergraduate students on the various locations across the YUL that can provide experience learning from and working with objects. We encourage students to begin a conversation with a YUL staff member on how to best use these great resources for their individual projects.
