Win an individual study room in Bass Library for fall 2025! Open to all current Yale students.

One winner will be selected at random on Sept. 2, 2025. The winner will receive a key to an individual study room in Bass Library for use between Sept. 2 - Dec. 5, 2025.

To receive the study room key, the winner must sign a Terms & Conditions.

Any student who visits seven library locations will be entered to WIN their own individual study room in Bass Library for fall 2025! 

Two ways to participate:

1) Self-Guided: Beginning Aug. 17, 2025, pick up a tour booklet at Sterling Memorial Library or Bass Library (see FAQ for a full list). Use the tour booklet to navigate Yale's campus, visit libraries, and collect stickers. Before visiting a library, check hours online.

2) In-Person: Join a one-hour tour to visit five library locations. Each attendee will receive 5 stickers for their tour booklet. After the tour, collect stickers at 2 additional libraries. Tour registration below.

To be entered to win, return tour booklets (with at least 7 stickers) to Bass Library by 5 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2025. Read about the 2023 winner and 2024 winner!

In-person tours will run at 4 p.m. between Mon., Aug. 25 - Thurs., Aug. 28, 2025.
