This guide is to help clinicians, staff, and researchers at Yale find information about CME resources made available to them through the Cushing/Whitney Medical Library at Yale.

About ClinicalKey

ClinicalKey is designed to provide answers to clinical questions and draws from a collection of clinical resources published by Elsevier covering every medical and surgical specialty.  It includes journals, books, practice guidelines, patient education, drug information and MEDLINE citations and abstracts from PubMed. ClinicalKey pulls the latest abstracts and information daily, so searches provide the most current information on a given topic.

How to earn and redeem CME credits in ClinicalKey

  1. Go to ClinicalKey and log in or create a personal account.
  2. Perform a search to answer a clinical question.
  3. Find and read the content of interest.
  4. To claim credits:
    1. Top right, click CME/MOC 
    2. Claim your credit
