Don't forget that if you are off-campus you will need to use the Yale VPN to connect to databases. More details here.
Connected via the VPN but still not able to access database content? Try the following steps:
- Close out of your current browser sessions and log out of the VPN.
- Clear your cache and cookies (this guide can show you how to do this in different browsers https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic)
- Restart the VPN
- Log onto the VPN and open a new browser session.
- You can test your VPN by going to this website. This should say you are connected to the Yale Network
If this does not work, try a different browser and see if that fixes the issue.
