Decisions:
- It would be useful for this group to put out a brief report on what is going to be needed to keep LibGuides 2 going after the migration (someone to keep all the shared boxes up to date, someone to remind guide authors that they need to review their guides, etc.)
To do
- Look through LibGuides 1 and see if there are common boxes that get used often
Discussion

Katie put together a guide of reusable boxes: http://guides.library.yale.edu/libguides/content
From University of Washington:
- Article lookup
- Google Books
Other useful boxes:
- How to use eBrary
- How to find Yale materials using Google Scholar
- What happens if I'm asked to pay for articles (found via Google Scholar)
- Find a Subject Specialist widget
- HathiTrust
- Streaming audio and video
- Images (finding images)
- ILL: If you need a book that's not at Yale
- ILL: If you need an article Yale doesn't have access to
- A box of links to guides that are generic and useful:
- For faculty guide
- For undergraduates guide (coming soon)
Someone is going to need to maintain these boxes and keep them up to date. Do we need to write a brief report on what is going to be needed post-migration?
