From the Create Guide screen, you will then set a guide type.

• Use Subject Guide for subject guides.
• Use Course Guide for course guides.
• Use Staff Guide for internal use by YUL staff.
• Use How-To Guide for guides that instruct patrons on how to use a tool or perform a task.
• Use General Purpose for all other guides. (This is rarely used at Yale).

You do not need to assign a Group Assignment.
