In order to become an authorized delegate for purchasing on YUL's Amazon Corporate Line of Credit, you will need to be added to the account. Contact Dean Bergstrom for setup at dean.bergstrom@yale.edu. Once you are set as an authorized delegate/buyer, there are a few things to keep in mind:

Amazon must now be your provider of choice. Please do not use Barnes and Noble or any other vendor that will need a purchase card for payment when you have the option of ordering through Amazon.

You can use the Corporate Line of credit to buy new, used or Amazon Marketplace items.

The Corporate Line of Credit is only good for Amazon US. Foreign Amazon retailers such as Amazon Brazil, Canada, China, France Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, and United Kingdom should not be used for ordering at all! If an item is only available from one of these foreign Amazon retailers, we should ask our established vendor for that country to get the item for us from that vendor.
