Beatriz Santiago Muñoz (1972) is a film and video maker. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Santiago Muñoz completed her bachelor's degree in humanities at the University of Chicago in 1993. She then completed her MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1997. Santiago Muñoz's practice draws from the field of ethnography, feminist practices, and Boalian theater. She is currently serving as a faculty member at Bennington College in Vermont.
