Yale School of Art: Visiting Artists

Each year Yale University hosts a wide variety of visiting artists. Many of these artists give lectures, some of which are open to all members of the public. Visiting artists also provide invaluable insight, guidance, and critiques for students currently enrolled in Yale's School of Art.

The aim of this research guide is to provide background information on each visiting artist's practice. You will also find lists of related resources, including books, articles, and special collections that can be accessed through Yale's library system.

Check out the School of Art's website to learn more about its annual Visiting Artists Lecturers series.

Many lectures are recorded by the School of Art. Some of these can be viewed on the School of Art's YouTube channel

Make sure to check out the Community Calendar to keep up with all the latest events.
